Shipping and Delivery Policy

MANSA EXIM INTERNATIONAL ships within India and exports worldwide. This policy explains how dispatch, delivery, and charges work.

Dispatch and timelines

Orders are produced and dispatched after the order is confirmed and any required payment is received. Estimated production and dispatch times are stated in your quotation and depend on quantity, customisation, and current capacity. Estimated delivery times are indicative, not guaranteed.

Domestic shipments

Domestic orders are sent by courier or transport partner. Estimated dispatch is within 7 to 15 working days of order confirmation, with delivery time depending on destination and carrier.

Export shipments

Export orders are shipped by sea or air according to the Incoterms agreed in the quotation or sales contract (for example EXW, FOB, or CIF). Responsibilities for freight, insurance, and risk are determined by the agreed Incoterm. Production and transit times are estimated in the quotation.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are quoted per order based on destination, weight, volume, and the agreed Incoterm. For online domestic orders, applicable charges are shown at checkout.

Customs, duties, and taxes

For exports, import duties, taxes, and customs charges in the destination country are borne by the buyer, unless delivered-duty-paid (DDP) terms are expressly agreed.

Documentation and tracking

We provide the commercial invoice, packing list, and required export documents for each shipment, and tracking details where the carrier offers them.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control. We will share updates and assist with tracking where possible.
