Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.mansaeximint.com and our online store at shop.mansaeximint.com (together, the “Website”) and any purchase of products from MANSA EXIM INTERNATIONAL (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Website, requesting a quotation, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Products and pricing
We manufacture and export cotton and polycot terry towels (bath, hand, face, gym, and kitchen) and custom or private-label towels. Product images and specifications on the Website are indicative; finished goods may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances for weight (GSM), shade, and dimensions. Prices are quoted per order and are subject to change until an order is confirmed. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, duties, and freight.
Pricing and taxes
All products are of Indian origin (country of origin: India). For online orders, the total price — including applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and delivery charges — is shown before you confirm payment, with no hidden charges added afterward. GST is charged at the applicable rate and reflected on the tax invoice issued against your order. For export orders, prices, currency, taxes, and duties are set out in the quotation or sales contract.
Quotations and orders
Enquiries lead to a written quotation valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise. An order is binding only once we confirm it in writing and any required advance payment is received. Minimum order quantities (MOQ) may apply and will be stated in the quotation.
Payment terms
Online orders are payable through our payment gateway at checkout. Export and bulk orders are payable on the terms stated in the quotation or sales contract, which may include advance payment, part-advance with balance against shipping documents, telegraphic transfer (TT), or letter of credit (LC). Goods remain our property until payment is received in full.
Samples
Samples may be chargeable. Where charged, sample costs may be adjusted against a subsequent bulk order at our discretion, as stated in the quotation.
Custom and private-label orders
For custom and private-label orders, you must approve the artwork and a pre-production sample before bulk manufacturing begins. Once approved and production has started, these orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded except for a manufacturing defect or a wrong item supplied. You warrant that you own or are licensed to use any logo, trademark, or artwork you supply, and you indemnify us against any third-party claim arising from it.
Intellectual property
All content on the Website — text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to MANSA EXIM INTERNATIONAL and may not be copied or used without permission.
Shipping, delivery, and Incoterms
Domestic and export shipments are governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy and, for exports, by the Incoterms agreed in the quotation or sales contract (for example EXW, FOB, or CIF). Responsibilities for freight, insurance, customs, and risk pass as defined by the agreed Incoterm.
Quality, inspection, and claims
Goods are manufactured to the agreed specification. Any claim for shortage, defect, or wrong item must be raised within 7 days of receipt with supporting evidence, as set out in our Return and Exchange Policy.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business.
Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, strikes, port or shipping-lane disruptions, customs action, or government restrictions.
Export compliance
The buyer is responsible for import permissions, duties, and regulatory compliance in the destination country. We are responsible for providing accurate export documentation for each shipment.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any arbitration agreed in a sales contract, the courts at Belagavi, Karnataka shall have jurisdiction.
Grievance redressal
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to address complaints relating to the Website, products, or orders. Mr. Mandar Shrikrishna Meharwade, Proprietor, can be reached at sales@mansaeximint.com or +91 8856033024. We will acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours of receipt and endeavour to resolve it within 30 days. These Terms do not limit any statutory rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
